Privacy Policy

• The name, phone number, optional email and address you enter when booking or messaging us.
• Details of each job: the materials, weights, prices, amount paid and date.
• If you choose a digital payment, the wallet or account number we send money to.
• Ordinary server logs (such as browser type and pages visited) needed to keep the site running.

• To plan routes, phone you to confirm, and find your address on the day.
• To pay you correctly and give you a record of what you sold.
• To let you check your booking status with your reference and phone number.
• To keep the accounts every business in Nepal is required to keep.
• To contact you about offers — but only if you've told us that's okay.

The crew member assigned to your job sees your name, phone number and address. A payment provider (eSewa, Khalti or a bank) sees what it needs to complete a transfer. We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and we only share them with authorities when Nepali law requires it.

Booking records are stored on a secured server and only staff with a login can view them. Phones, laptops and hard drives you sell us can be wiped or physically destroyed — just ask, and we'll do it where you can see.

We hold booking and payment records for as long as our accounting obligations require, then delete them. Messages that didn't lead to a job are cleared out regularly.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or have it deleted where we're not legally required to keep it. Email anupshahi82@gmail.com or mention it to the yard office.

The public site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. We set one small cookie to remember your language, and one when staff sign in to the dashboard.
